The IETE Student Forum (ISF) of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Lakireddy Balireddy College of Engineering, Mylavaram, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh, in association with the IETE Vijayawada Centre, conducted a Quiz Competition on 10-07-2026. The competition provided students with an opportunity to demonstrate their technical knowledge, strengthen their analytical thinking, and participate in an academic activity that encouraged learning and healthy competition.

The IETE Student Forum (ISF) of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), KKR & KSR Institute of Technology and Sciences, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, in association with the IETE Vijayawada Centre, organized a guest lecture on “India’s Semiconductor Revolution: Challenges, Opportunities & the Road Ahead” on 10-07-2026. Dr. Sudeep Das Gupta, Professor at IIT Roorkee, served as the resource person. The lecture provided students with insights into the evolving semiconductor landscape in India, highlighting the challenges, emerging opportunities, and future prospects of the semiconductor industry.

The IETE Student Forum (ISF) of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Bapatla Women’s Engineering College, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, in association with the IETE Bapatla Sub-Centre under IETE Vijayawada Centre, organized a Four-Day Workshop on “Design and Development of Android Applications” from 01-07-2026 to 04-07-2026. Mr. Hrushikesh Reddy Sirigiri, Software Engineer at HSB Technologies Pvt. Ltd., served as the resource person. The workshop focused on Android application development and provided students with an opportunity to enhance their technical knowledge and practical understanding of mobile application development.
