The IETE Student Forum (ISF) of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Potti Sriramulu Chalavadi Mallikarjuna Rao College of Engineering and Technology, Vijayawada, in association with the IETE Vijayawada Centre, organized a seminar on “Quantum Machine Learning for High-Dimensional Data in Real-World Applications” on 30-09-2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Dr. Aala Suresh, Postdoctoral Researcher in the CSE Department at SRM University, Andhra Pradesh, served as the resource person. The seminar explored how quantum machine learning can process high-dimensional data and address complex real-world problems, while highlighting its applications, benefits, and practical challenges.

The IETE Student Forum (ISF) of VKR & VNB Engineering College, Gudivada, in association with the IETE Vijayawada Centre, organized a Three-Day Workshop on “Practical AI for IoT Using ESP8266” from 28-09-2026 to 30-09-2026. Mr. P. Rajesh, Managing Director of Accurize Technologies, Guntur, served as the resource person. The workshop focused on practical applications of artificial intelligence and IoT using the ESP8266 platform.

The Institution of Students’ Forum (ISF) of KKR & KSR Institute of Technology and Sciences, Guntur, has proudly secured the 2nd Best ISF Award in the IETE South Zone. This prestigious recognition highlights the Forum’s active participation, dedicated efforts, and commitment to promoting technical excellence and professional development among students. The IETE Student Forum (ISF) of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, RVR & JC College of Engineering, Guntur, in association with the IETE Vijayawada Centre, organized a guest lecture on “Introduction to VLSI Design” on 16-09-2026. Sri B. Prabhas, Physical Designer at Siliconus Engineering Excellence, Bengaluru, Karnataka, served as the resource person. A total of 183 fourth-year ECE students attended the session, which introduced them to VLSI design and its relevance to modern electronic systems.

The IETE Women Empowerment Cell, Vijayawada, in association with the IETE Vijayawada Centre, organized a webinar on “Signals and Systems” on 16-09-2026. Mr. Rakesh Talreja, Senior Faculty and GATE, ESE and PSUs expert at Ohm Institute, served as the resource person. The webinar provided an opportunity for participants to strengthen their understanding of signals and systems, an important area of electronics and communication engineering.

The IETE Student Forum (ISF) of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Seshadri Rao Gudlavalleru Engineering College, Gudlavalleru, Krishna District, in association with the IETE Vijayawada Centre and Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA), organized a Model Making Presentation (Project Expo) as part of Engineers’ Day celebrations on 15-09-2026. A total of 18 projects involving 54 students were displayed, showcasing students’ creativity, technical understanding, and project development efforts.

The IETE Student Forum (ISF) of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Chalapathi Institute of Technology (A), Guntur, in association with the IETE Vijayawada Centre, organized National Engineers’ Day Celebrations on 15-09-2026. Sri Sridhar Sapparapu, Principal General Manager, BSNL, Guntur, served as the resource person. The programme followed the theme “National Engineers Day – Celebrating Engineering Excellence, Innovation and Sustainable Development,” emphasizing the importance of engineering innovation and sustainable development.

The IETE Student Forum (ISF) of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Sir C. R. Reddy College of Engineering, Eluru, in association with the IETE Vijayawada Centre, organized Engineers’ Day Celebrations on 15-09-2026. The programme featured “Engineers’ Voice – Student Speaking Platform,” which encouraged students to share their perspectives on the theme “Electronics Beyond the Classroom.” The activity provided a platform for students to express ideas and strengthen their communication skills.
