A Three-Day Workshop on Robotics and Embedded Intelligence was conducted from 27th to 29th January 2026 at KKR & KSR Institute of Technology and Sciences, in association with IETE Vijayawada Centre.

The workshop focused on the design and development of intelligent robotic systems, covering areas such as embedded programming, automation, and system integration.

Participants engaged in hands-on sessions involving prototyping and real-time problem-solving, which helped enhance their analytical and technical skills.

The program successfully fostered innovation and interest in robotics and embedded technologies among students.

The IETE Student Forum of Vikas College of Engineering & Technology organized a Two-Day Hands-on Workshop on Raspberry Pi Applications on 22nd and 23rd January 2026, in association with IETE Vijayawada Centre.

The workshop introduced students to the capabilities of Raspberry Pi as a compact computing platform. Participants learned about programming, interfacing with peripherals, and developing real-time applications.

The sessions emphasized practical implementation, enabling students to work on mini-projects and explore innovative applications using Raspberry Pi.

The event provided valuable exposure to embedded computing and modern development environments.

A Two-Day Workshop on PCB Design & Manufacturing was conducted on 16th and 17th January 2026 by the IETE Student Forum of Amrita Sai Institute of Science and Technology, in collaboration with IETE Vijayawada Centre.

The workshop focused on the fundamentals and advanced concepts of printed circuit board (PCB) design, including schematic creation, layout design, and fabrication techniques. Participants were introduced to industry-standard tools and practices.

Through hands-on sessions, students gained practical exposure to the complete PCB development process, from concept to implementation.

The initiative played a vital role in strengthening participants’ understanding of hardware design and electronic product development.

The IETE Vijayawada Centre, in association with the IETE Student Forum (ISF) of Sai Spurthy Institute of Technology, successfully organized a Two-Day Workshop on Real-Time IoT Applications on 8th and 9th January 2026.

The workshop was designed to provide participants with a strong foundation in Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, focusing on real-time data acquisition, sensor interfacing, and system-level integration. The sessions included both theoretical insights and hands-on practice, enabling students to build and understand IoT-based solutions.

The program was led by experienced resource persons from academia and industry, who guided participants through practical implementations and real-world use cases.

The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation and significantly contributed to enhancing students’ technical competencies in IoT and smart systems.
